Alan Richardson, MBA, CExP™, Certified EOS® Implementer™ and Business Advisor is Integrator and Business Adviser for Focused Facilitation. Focused Facilitation is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, business owners, family businesses, farmers and their leadership teams navigate through critical transitions like succession planning and growing and sustaining their businesses. As a Certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), created by Gino Wickman, author of the book, TRACTION, Alan helps companies understand and communicate their vision, get traction in implementing their vision, build healthy leadership teams, and add value to their business. Alan is also a Certified Exit Planner (CExP), and for the past 7 years has helped business owners and family businesses build and implement effective and successful Business Continuity and Succession Plans (BCSP) across the U.S.
Cooper Richardson is a Professional EOS Implementer with Focused Facilitation. For 3.5 years, Cooper has been passionate about helping entrepreneurs, business owners, family businesses, farmers and their leadership teams navigate through critical transition and grow their organizations. Cooper has worked with non-profits as well as for profit organizations, both domestic and internationally. Prior to starting with Focused Facilitation, Cooper worked in digital marketing with various leadership roles.
David Hickman is a lifetime entrepreneur who gained experience in the family software business and has worked in the non-profit sector for many years. He is passionate about assisting both emerging enterprises and non-profit entities. He helps clients build a solid framework as they establish and refine their vision, grow the health of their leadership team and gain traction toward greater success. David brings a wealth of understanding that assists clients to address complex issues and implement proven processes that help organizations flourish.
Jonathan Payne, MSA, is the Director of Accounting/Finance & Administration for Focused Facilitation. Prior to working with Focused Facilitation, Jonathan served in several different accounting functions for both small businesses and large corporations. He has also served as an adjunct professor of business at two small private universities in eastern Kansas and central Iowa. In addition, he has served as staff worship pastor at two churches in the Kansas City, Missouri area. Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri, and his Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
